For over 15 years, I have been involved in residential property projects, covering both acquisition and arbitrage. A graduate of ESPI (audit, valuation and consultancy) and ICH (property sales), and RICS-accredited, I specialise in the analysis, valuation and structuring of property projects, from the simplest to the most complex.
I founded TERA Real Estate with a firm belief: to offer independent and strategic support that is commensurate with the challenges of each property project.
